Structural & Mechanical $425 (for homes with 2300 square feet or under and in Harris County) Homes over 2300 square feet are charged by the square footage of 20 cents per square foot. Example 3800 sq. ft. = $720 Distance Charge is on a case by case basis outside of Harris County from $25 - $50, unless going outside of the surrounding counties of Harris. Inspections in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas etc. are priced on a case by case basis. TERMITE INSPECTIONS - Are not completed by our Company, however we do have Termite Companies that we work with and can often schedule them to come out at the same time that we are going to be there. Most charge from $125 plus.
